Apply a small amount of GGV to your wrists, neck or behind your ears, following the directions on your product label.

Order Cancellation 

Please be aware, once an order is placed, we can't cancel the order, as it begins processing immediately, however, once your order arrives to you, you may reach out to our support team in order to start the return process. Once you return your order, we can process a refund!

Priority + Insured Shipping 

If you've selected Priority + Insured shipping, you will be given the option to have your order reshipped, or refunded if the order is lost in transit. 

If you ordered using "Free Shipping" or "Priority Processing" we will reship your package if it is lost during transit.  

SHIPPING TO OVER 200 COUNTRIES

We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.

We have warehouses in the USA, Asia, the UK, and Australia, ensuring fast and efficient order fulfillment. Your products will be shipped from the location that has stock available at the time of purchase.

LOST/MISSING PACKAGES

ggvbeauty™ is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility for the original order that was made for you at no charge.

CUSTOMS

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

TRACKING INFORMATION

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available.

MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Timeframe

Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of receiving your product (unless stated otherwise, e.g., 30-Day Trial).

Return Conditions

• The product must be returned in its original packaging (if applicable) and free from stains or damages.
• A maximum of two (2) items per order can be refunded. Unlimited store credit and exchanges are allowed.
• If the exchange item costs more, you must pay the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the balance. Exchanges will be sent once the returned product is received.

Fees & Return Process

• A 15% restocking and processing fee applies (to cover inspection, processing, and repackaging costs).
• We do not offer prepaid return labels. You are responsible for purchasing and sending the product back to us.

• If we cannot process a refund via the original payment method, store credit will be issued for the same amount.

At ggvbeauty™, we stand by the quality of our products and offer a 30-Day Risk-Free Trial on select items. If you’re not satisfied, return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

How It Works

• The trial period starts on the delivery date.
• This applies only to select ggvbeauty™ products. The product must be in good condition to qualify for a return.

Return & Exchange Process

1. Contact our support team at support@ggvbeauty.com within 30 days to initiate a return.
2. You are responsible for return shipping.
3. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process your refund (minus shipping costs) within 5-10 business days.

Exclusions

• Applies only to the first purchase of a ggvbeauty™ product.
• Final sale items and damaged/misused items are not eligible for return.

Chargebacks & Returns Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us first. Chargebacks or disputes initiated without prior communication will void eligibility for refunds, exchanges, or the 30-day trial.

Damages & Issues

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item and place a new order once your return is accepted.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the EU, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

Refunds Processing

• Once your return is received and verified, a refund will be issued within 10 business days.
• If your return is rejected, we will notify you with next steps.
